Good for you GoldPanther, keep up the good work.

For what it's worth; My wife has been a pescetarian (shellfish and fish) since we met and I'm slowly turning that direction and I've felt better over the last 6 years of being with her than I have since my 20's. I'll never completely give up meat but I eat less and less and feel better because of it, she eats eggs and dairy along with fish but is still considered a vegetarian in some circles because of the lack of red meat and the fact that no one knows what a pescetarian is.

My suggestion is a sign up for a gym training course at your local sport center. Try to come and practice 1 hour per day. Remember to drink loads of water too. Last but not least, a healthy diet plan surely help. Eat more vegetables, fruits and less meat. Some of my recommendations are edamame, dragon fruit. They are quite popular in Asia. Check out these sites for more information https://wikihomenutrition.com/edamame-health-benefits/ https://wikihomenutrition.com/dragon-fruit-health-benefits/ Hope these tips may help . Good luck ~
