is there another thread that this one is referring to? Ive been on a keto diet since january 1st, lost 7lbs so far. Keto=no carb diet. Takes some getting used to initially but now I enjoy it.
It's hard to keep up with beer tho. I like beer.
Is that how you stay "slim"???
