What is the latest IL emissions requirements for engine swaps? Last time I checked, it had to be a newer engine from the same manufacturer. So you could do a Hemi swap, but not an LS swap.
I work with someone who has an LS swapped RV. I seriously can't think of a common vehicle that hasn't been LS swapped yet. Lol.
