No love for Fiat at all from me. I rented a 500 down in Orlando and it was the biggest piece of shit I've ever driven. Ended up turning it in and got a 200C instead.

The miata enginerds in America and Japan have said multiple times that more power wasn't really needed and would upset the balance they strived for.

The people who work for Mazda say it's "powerful enough". Amazing that they have nothing bad to say about their own vehicle.

Put it this way, the S2000 had 240hp and while it didn't handle as well as a Miata, it's nothing to sneeze at.

I don't care how light it or the Miata are, 160hp in a modern sport car is unacceptable considering my Hyundai economy car had 200hp

I still cant figure out why the BRZ and FRS are not offered with a turbo version.

ok, just checking (and it came out allot more a-holey than intended) I do agree though, hated the 500 when i test drove it, loved the 200

When someone references a Chrysler 200 as an upgrade from your vehicle you know it's time to start looking at what's wrong.

I actually think the Spider looks better than the Miata, at least from the back.

I'm with [MENTION=396]Mike K[/MENTION] on this one....I actually prefer the Fiat to the new Miata, especially in looks...The new Miata looks too bulbous, whereas the Fiat seems more refined and classic...to each their own

I feel like they tired too hard to make the new Miata not as 'cute' as the previous ones, in in the process I think lost some of their way when it comes to styling.

I REALLY like the way the 124 looks, I love the tail (Tesla like tail lights), and I think the front is handsome, a little retro, and retains some FCA corporate design attributes in a clean way.

Biggest motor they could have put in the car from their lineup was a 2.5 motor which gives 185hp and 180 tq which I am sure some people will do in the next few years.
