I could use some motivation for something like this. I've both lost and gained a good amount of weight this year. I could be in, pending wager.

Same here, I have probably been up and down between 25-30lbs in last year.
I'm very interested in this but will be in Mexico Jan 4th thru Jan 11th eating and drinking everything that's not good for you..lol. Will probably pack on 10-12lbs between X Mas and vacation.

Just a thought as whenever I'm cutting weight, I always use Saturdays as a cheat day and is the only day I drink alcohol when I'm cutting. Any chance of adding a poll for weigh in day once you get this thing going?

I chose Sunday as a way to keep you honest on weekends but you could still have a nice Sunday evening meal. My wife recently did an 8 week plan with a nutritionist and she does Monday weigh ins so people are forced to not go crazy on weekends. Also more people get the Sunday paper than any other day of the week so it helps with weigh ins.

The point of this isn't to cheat but in the end it really doesn't matter what your weekly weigh ins are, they are just needed to keep you in the game. Only the first and last really determine where you stand. It all averages out.

Good point.

Will actually help me fool all of you, when each weak my weigh-ins are inflated...and then bam, huge drop the last week!

:bigthumb:

You can't beat the system in the end based on the day of the week and you should see better results in the end if we do a Sunday/Monday weigh in.

Like I said I am open to changing but only for a compelling reason raised by the majority. If you are in it for the right reasons you will agree that Sunday or Monday are the days we should weigh in.
