Guess not, but seeing as most hamburger is like 85/15 or 80/20 I'd expect it to be similar to the times and temps as steak. I'm not sure I'm sold on doing burgers sous vide. I don't really like any pink in ground beef, just seems gross to me. But hell of course I'll try it
