Yuuuuuup. 2010 Toyota Tundra 5.7L dbl cab 4wd SR5 TRD offroad Texas Edition. Americana is a somewhat subjective term. It was meant to be misleading as it is not an actual American make. But, it was made in America by Americans and is it not American culture to adopt other counties cultures and objects? My other American make cars weren't even made in America, so this is just as American if not more so. Plus, Dat V8!

Run down...64k, 2 owner, clean carfax and body. Underside has the undercarriage coating, and truck bed liner. Interior has cosmetic flaws, but not bad at all. Truck drives and runs like new. Trans is silky smooth and the 4wd engages and disengages flawlessly. I couldn't have got a better deal on anything else IMO. 16mpg driving a few hundred miles going 77mph with the AC on half the drive climbing a total of 3500 feet to 7k foot elevation. Not too shabby. I can't believe how nice this thing rides.

I will have to keep this in mind. Staying NA for now though.

I think that is last on the list of trucks I'd ever look in to, but that's just me. I'm odd. Congrats!

It wasn't even on my radar until I drove it. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle yesterday, but I got what I was hoping for my car and they came down a decent amount on the truck. Compared to the 2500hd I drove, which was more expensive...it isn't even a comparison. Quality overall and driving characteristics are so damn nice in this thing. Plus, I have always like the looks of Toyota's trucks. It is a personal opinion. I am weird about buying cars that put money back into the American system. American worker built, and big dick Texas Edition swingin.

Overall, for the price I got this for and the low miles and condition it is in...there wasn't an American make out there that even came close.

Remove silly texas edition badges.

Install TRD blower.

Roast current tires.

Install level and A/T's.

ALL OF THIS.

Congrats?!

I guess I just don't get the hype on these. But to each their own. I am looking forward to hearing more and more stories about your ownership

And not one of us is surprised...
