State Farm Bank can be your refinance or new mortgage provider. Our rates are so low right now too, the time is now!

Regardless who does the mortagage, as an insurance company we work closely with many realtors and lenders.

Back on topic, FYI the insurance providing part is often claimed to be the slow process. That's is not the case, we turn around insurance within a day. Its the lenders communication or client who delays a tad.

Yup, and considering how insane our housing market currently is I was amazed.

We had appointments on houses that went on market the same day and were canceled due to already being in negotiation.
