I'm currently running a FTi Stage VI TH400 with a customer converter built by Mike at Trickshift in Azle Texas. I also have a backup TH400 that I am building to the same specs, just DIY and over time. We hope that soon we can get the Kilduff Lightning Rod Shifter installed to replace the B&M Quicksilver we have in the car. The B&M is a superb shifter, the Kilduff just has cool factor.

So, Tacos notwithsdanding got the following things ready to go

Kilduff Shifter and Console
replaced passenger OEM seat with Corbeau Forza to match driver side.
Refreshed Strange S-Trac
3.25 gear, took out 3.50
refreshed the wiring on the two step and boost controller and transbrake
Refreshed CVS shafts and stubs with new bearings
Entire 9 inch pumpkin refreshed.
Solid Frame bushings
Refreshed QA-1s and mounting.
Refreshed the heads
Dumped the Precision 6266 Journal Bearing Turbos and replaced them with Comp 6767 Double Ball Bearing Turbos
Replaced the oil pump
Replaced several injectors that had gone bad
adjusted the plug, changed the heat range
Still looking to redo the roll bar and go to a 10 point or better cage and will need shute hardware.

last pass was 9.29 @ 154 before these changes. Looking for an 8 second pass when the weather cools down. We will put a few heat cycles on it and do some 60' chasiss and suspension work before the cooler weather.

Here are some pics of the console and the second Corbeau.

So we are going back together now. Chris at GForce has upgraded my axles to the newer Outlaw axles with the billet cv's and stubs since we have been running his original stubs and axles for nearly 5 years now without issue. We sent the Pumpkin to Strange and had them go through and refresh the S-Trac. It was one of the original S-Tracs they sold and there was some wear on some of the washers. Since the unit has a lifetime warranty they upgraded it free of charge. While they had it all apart I went ahead and put a 3.25 gear in it. Brand new gear cost $189 with $100 of labor to install it (this is the reason I went with the 9 inch).
