I'm sure we all can't forget the Napster days. Or Rotary phones. Hell, I still have an old payphone in my garage that still had coins in it. The company went out of business and never picked it up from my dad's music store. Lol

This is what we grew up with... Ma Bell Trimline phones. We'd add 600ft of coiled cord to be able to walk around the house...

At the house in WeGo, it wasn't until the early 90's when I converted it from these. They were hardwired, so I had to rewire them to modular jacks;

This was the main phone in the hallway and a spare bedroom;

I think ours was brown and then that yellow. But that matched the colors of the 70's for appliances, so...

Remember when there were only 40 - 50 channels even with Cable and in the early days, and NO HD, and you STILL had to get up and go over to the slider bar on the cable box which sat on top of the 19" tube TV. Nowaday's our PC monitors are bigger than the TV's we had.
