The big lake is actually going down. Id say it might have went down 12 inches since beginning of the season.

the more expensive ones * should* last longer... if i were to do it, id try to find a rave bongo 10 or 13, one with the surface attached to the tube and use that for the same purposes...

I really liked the Sea-Doo bro island I had (4 person) Mine lasted years until some dumbass drunk girl jumped in the middle of it and ripped it all up. It was un-repairable. I can't seem to find those anywhere anymore. They were not cheap $400-$600 IIRC

A lot of dudes been buying up that $99 bro island Costco had on sale. My boat neighbors bought one. Its fucking HUGE. way 2 big. Probably didn't last past this (2nd weekend) of them having it.

PANDA if you could get your boat off, you'd be fine, i saw at least 2.8' all the way to algonquin yesterday.

I got almost HALF my normal water depth. Meanwhile north of the dam it looks average or maybe above.

i think instead of bein' pissed at the upper, you should be pissed at the lower for not having a way to control their level as well as the upper

and yeah. in the locks we went down 7 feet yesterday... 14.2 ft on depth gauge upon entering, down to under 7 on the way out.

PANDA as i was saying last year, extend your pier out like your neighbors, and you'd be back in business, shit, you had the pier sections to do it even.

Problem is I am not gaining much water depth doing that. Inches if that. Its actually deeper around my dock then 50ft past it. Only thing that can save this is dredging. But FWA don't do it. The are 2 busy sucking that north of McHenry dick.

if you put your dock out 50 feet and then drove your boat around there a shit ton when it was deep enough, it would get blown out. all your neighbors docks are at least 50-75 feet passed yours right?i think they are there for a reason

Id be driving through the muck LESS thats about all I would gain. Not to mention the money I would spend to extend the dock. The only dock that is longer is my neighbor tony to the south. but he is also not as shielded as I am around the corner.

My one neighbor has this $1500 fan deal that blows muck 50ft. He uses it around his pier. We are gonna try it. Can't hurt

also, the dredging projects come up years before they happen, have you and your neighbors gone to any FWA meetings at all?

Our paper work has been filled out by all the nighbors for probably 10 years now. They are well aware of the project. I have talked with the FWA a few times but they pretty much are like...

The bay by the powerlines on the lower? :io:

I need to get the whole neighborhood to show up at these meetings.
