I’m not saying I was right or wrong, rear my posts.
I was strictly curious of who would have been at fault. The law states I should have yielded and even makes mention of reminding to signal. I proceeded with extreme caution through that turn given the view obstruction.
The cyclist was effectively invisible, and he clearly had time to avoid the situation and he took a decided risk, so this likely would have been a ‘no fault’ incident had I hit him.
Relax Daniel, IDGAF Use your turn signal next time.
Everyone just trolled you as I did only a mere few minutes ago, you're too easy to get excited.
Because you would have looked more wrong?
you didn't even signal on the right turn?
but its the bikers fault?
I have to ask, did you drive past this guy on the way to the turn?
I park behind my building at work. When pulling down the alley it dumps into the front parking lot. I signal when turning even when I’m the only car in the lotInteresting scenario for sure. The biker might not have made that move though if he knew you were turning.
I'm ridiculous when it comes to signalling. I signal even when no one is around. It's very rare for me to make a turn without doing it.

Same. Sometimes I’ll consciously not signal when turning into places out in the middle of nowhere and it feels weird.
