I've heard that V6 replicas are better than the real thing and just as good as Cobra swap cars too.

I'm thinking about selling the house, both cars and my wife to buy a Terminator again.

Fuck if u take the side mirrors at $400 , hood $1000 and oem bumper that pays for a complete 2v mustang and add cobra wheels and u can buy a compete running 3v

You forgot some zeros on your numbers. Cobra mirrors will easily get $4,000. The hood is worth at least $10,000. People have to stop comparing the terminator Cobra to other Mustangs and Fords. Its more in the likes of Ferrari's and Lamborghinis.

Can you buy Ferrari mirrors for $400? No, you can't.

Yes....I've even heard of GT350 guys swapping IRS's with 03 Cobra guys.

The 03 Cobra IRS is still to this day what Ferrari, Porsche, etc model their IRS's off of.

In all seriousness, what the engineers did with the IRS rear in the 99-03 Cobra's was pretty impressive. The Fox chassis was never designed for an IRS. That being said, it was not a great design due to those limitations. Plus the chassis is a about as torsionally rigid as a wet noodle.

I've driven all Mustangs, and none came close in any way to the 03 Cobra. The Cobra was much more rigid than the other SN95's, and much more rigid than even the new S550 Mustangs.
