tubular k member install question

Anyone done an install themselves? I was looking at maybe upgrading the turdmaro k member and a arms to become tubular since I don't have a motor or anything in it at the moment.

Question, difficulty level? Power tools a must or could brute strength handle it? How many hours should I expect it would take to finish the job? And is the weight reduction really worth it?

Never done in a 3rd gen, but have delt with them in Mustangs and on a 4th gen. Nothing crazy needed to install. I think the weight savings is almost 100 lbs off the nose.

It's quite the job if complete now, gotta support the engine, bust out all the old stuff and suspension, bolt everything back in and get an alignment

It's easy, if you don't buy junk ass parts it take a couple hours on the floor with jack stands no big deal at all. You should be spending your money on my headers first not a kmember and controle arms.
