Turned on the new thread listing format for Food and Drinks.

I re-enabled the "read more" functionality that was only for guests but now is on for logged in as well. I seem to remember this causing issues with YT vids maybe? If anything seems off, bump this and I can revert.

Are we liking having the image preview active in automotive discussions? There's so many different types of threads in there, and 80% of them don't have an image in the first post.

Just seems like more clutter to me. But I am also drinking Jameson on an empty stomach.
