💦 Detailing Steering wheel wrap?

So as the title states I want to wrap my steering wheel. Dose anyone have experience with this? Links to good products? I don’t want something that you stitch on, but an actual wrap so I can make my own design. Almost like a leather cord or... I just don’t want to buy some cheap cord off amazon that breaks as soon as you pull it tight. Any input appreciate.

DanJoy you've seen this alot with the VW guys. Any advice?

I only know the Xuji stitch on one VW guys went nuts on for awhile. I still consider it for my own car, but I hear it’s a real pain in the ass.

I have never heard of this cord wrap method but I can kind of envision it. Could just wrap it with paracord then run a torch lightly over it to tighten it up
