Russian Elites are either Aliens or Androids

Just stumbled across this on youtube. This is some creepy shit. Apparently back at a social event in 2013 in Russia the lights went out as a band started to play. Half of the people in the room's eyes started to glow. Eye witnesses say they were glowing green. The official reason was these social elites were using stem cells to stay young. That doesn't even sound any less bizarre.

Where this bizarre scene happened, was located in Russia and a YouTube video was posted about this, back in 2013. From what is known, footage shows a nightclub located somewhere in a metropolitan area. The man who posted this video, is from the United States and is convinced that some of the guests seen in the crowd, are either extraterrestrials or some kind of android type robots.
