Disassemble, take into the basement, change springs, reassemble in garage. I got overtime two nights in a row so not only did I have Naturdays for breakfast, I turned then AC down to 74.

That’s what I was thinking about my setup. But Unitronic said no plug change needed. I’ve learned that they are all a little different. I’m glad you are adding to your setup. It will be nice to see the gains.

Side benefit of a Winter/Summer setup.

I literally have 4 full size spares in my APT right now. So if a tires gets killed, I can afford to ride on another rim for a while.

IF you keep it in the garage, you can have my G37 until they're ready, I will not be driving it for at least 3-4 months. LOL to the snip snap though, one of the best episodes.

It looked like rain so I hurried home, cant make any comments on drivability yet.

But they definitely look better on the car than the Hankooks did. Should look great when the drop happens...which wont be until next week as apparently the springs wont ship till Friday.

Just imho, not sure why these cars come with such thin tires, its only 10mm difference and you can definitely tell how much meatier they fit the wheel. Those are only 8.5 width wheels?

18x8.5. Stock I think are 18x7.5. Those golf R Cadiz may be 18x8.0 but I’m not sure.

Changed the plugs. All looks fine until we pulled what I assume is cylinder 4 (closest to driver)....was nice and coated in oil. So that was nice.

I believe it is 1-4 passenger side to driver side. Some goon on VW vortex mentioned spraying the plug threads with plasti dip so the oil doesn’t get into the combustion chamber.

Didnt really run bad to begin with. Maybe a smoother idle. Was just time to drop a to step colder plug.
