I used to have one. Two actually. 92 S-10 2.8 v-6 5spd, no AC. Traded it in for a 93 S-10 ext cab 4.3 5spd, 4x4 with AC.80s/90s S10s and Rangers reg cabs w/ a manual trans were gold

Why not? If there's an opportinity to easily jump on an open market with no competition then they need to get in there. They're just reshaping preexisting Escape tools which is just pennies out of a Ford budget. It's it's successful, money from that will go into their EV play fund which has potential to make billions of future dollars. You know.
