What are you planning for the eventual fuel system?

Also....can you not run a full size intercooler or something with the adaptive cruise? Ive never heard of this, unless I'm misunderstanding.

An MPI kit and RS3 brushless pump most likely.

At least with the ARM intercooler I'm looking it, the ACC sensor would have to be repositioned at the very least and may not be worth it.

Things are getting a bit more serious now.
I didn't realize how relatively little I'd need to go full-on E85 via EQT: AccessPort, tune, and Autotech HPFP internals. Messing with E30 has got me wanting more ethanol plus it's cheaper!

I'm going to get my HPFP bits installed during my next oil change and reflash then. I should check out the EQT 93 map first but I will most likely go straight from Unitronic Stage 2 to EQT's E85 Stage 2.

After this, an intercooler is next. Either Unitronic or do88 will get the nod, though the Ebay Majesty unit looks pretty good too. Beyond that, I'm strongly considering selling my 034 downpipe for a Trackslag - .5" bigger diameter, catless, and made in England. All cool. The supposed spooling benefits really lure me in. I'm still content with the stock airbox + drop-in for now.

I keep daydreaming about aesthetic and aero. I have my splitter/wing/diffuser picked out but I really want carbon fiber hood/fenders. Also thinking about wrapping the remaining non-carbon panels. We'll see...

Just a heads up, you 100% will not be going "full e85" with EQT's tune and a hpfp. EQT's "full" e85 tune is not for power, its more for cooling and knock prevention...and so that you don't constantly have to measure out 93 vs E85 at the pump. It takes the guesswork out. But there is literally NO way you will be able to run more boost or timing without a lpfp or MPI. You will not make power beyond e30 (unless your car is knocking, in which case you'll gain some power back when timing is restored).

And you should really be doing the IC before anything else. The IC in these cars is a joke.

Didn't mean to sound like an asshole, just setting expectations.

I’ve had my eye on the ECS R diffuser too. Looks great! And that color… ?

I understand this totally. E30 power is fine. It’s still a step up from Unitronic on an E30 blend, and cheaper at the pump.

I have a line on a do88. I’m tempted to do this and swap my 034 downpipe for a Trackslag at the same time

What aero you looking at? I keep debating a spoiler extension.

Dutch Parts Co splitter
Voomeran or A-Spec wing, though iSweep os
Maybe a Flow Designs or Verus diffuser
I plan on having a custom single exhaust made so maybe I’ll work something around that.

Continuing the tradition of pictures taken at Komet. My ‘07 WRX made 365/395 on their Mustang dyno, 100 octane. It could be interesting to see what the R puts down on the same dyno, 12 years later.

HPFP parts installed, E85 map flashed. The difference is pretty astounding. Almost as shocking as the power itself is how smoothly it comes on. Even coming from Unitronic this is smooooooooth. And FAST!
