Pulled the flexplate and rear cover off to regasket it.









New cam



New LS7 lifters









Set timing straight up.


Lifters in.



Rockers on.





Measured my pushrods last night. This is at zero lash, so I can either order them .050" longer or turn the adjustment down another round.



The pushrods that came with the cam are nowhere near long enough. I have a set that came with the heads, so I'll have to measure those and see if they are close.

I also need to get the crank sprocket chamfered now that pushrods are measured.

Edit. Damn that flexplate goodness would have saved me a ton of headache on the E85/S1X car!!

I expected it to be lighter, but it's about the same weight as the stock flexplate.

What brand is that flexplate? I thought the Meizere billet was our only option.

I have a set of 60's I was going to use, but I'm not sure they will be big enough. I may be bumping fuel pressure up to get them to flow what I need.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I know they took out my yellow springs and my 1.8 rockers and pushrods and replaced them with custom ones made in-house from zzp. After reading your post I checked the receipt and it doesn't say what springs we're installed.
