I am undiagnosed ADHD (and probably on the autism spectrum) and I HAVE to wind my mind down at night by playing solitaire, sudoku, etc (I have about 4-6 different puzzle games like this). I have always had a hard time falling asleep and playing games on that (first on a Nintendo DS, then on iPhone) helps me wind down enough to fall asleep.

If I opened those apps/games right now at 11AM, my eyelids would start to get heavy. It won't make me fall asleep (I don't nap, ever) but it will start to wind me down. Been doing that for years everynight.
