Hangover headaches usually don't last long, but the bubble guts fucking suck. The mix of beer, bourbon, and champagne had me all twisted this morning. Flight home in 5 hours. Just got some lunch, gonna try and get a quick nap in, then get dinner before boarding.

kids BJJ class #4 after work today. Saturday was great, hour long class and he was going back and forth with a 7yo kid, starting to open up a little more. During the week the instructors ~12yo daughter is his "grappling partner" and she's super helpful, but she wasn't there saturday, and it was probably good for him tbh

I drink piss which is only 4.2abv ( basically water) and then I shut it down around 9pm.
