Not really sure what In looking for. It has MT ET street's on it now, which are starting to dryrot and crack. I liked them, except the one time I got caught in the rain. I put on maybe 1-2k miles a year so I don't need any high mileage tires that will rot before I start to use them.

If your going to bolt it to the floor, squirt fire caulk around the footprint, holes and the screws before you tighten them down. And dont forget to remove any flammable stuff under it
