Was just farting around on Youtube and came across this vid. This shop is very close to the dealer that has the old man maroon CT4. The salesman I was talking to mentioned it had PPF, and all the V emblems(doors/trunk) and CTS emblem on the trunk are missing just like the car in this vid after they did the wrap. Car in vid also looks to be optioned exactly like the car at the dealer....crazy! Has to be the same car.

If the whole car has PPF pay the 57k that’s worth the weight in gold savings for you

I can only imagine how much of a bath the original owner took on this thing. Car was sold in summer of '22 when these things were going for over sticker. Say the guy paid like 83-85 for it. Then sunk $8k in PPF and ceramic coating. Now he's got over $90k into the car and trades it in for probably $50k about 1.5 years and 3.5k miles after purchase....OUCH!

Jeff, you will be happier with the Caddy. The RS3 is a funky sounding engine. It will annoy you. That 5 cylinder engine is a bit different. I think the Caddy would be something you would toy with and mod, thus making you happier. The RS3 would limit you and I just don’t see you being happy with it after like a year.
Man those 5cyl's sound pretty nasty(in a good way) when done up. Also, what limitations are you speaking of? The RS 5cyl cars have INSANE mod potential and the aftermarket for them is abundant to say the least. The specific example I'm looking at is already a stage two car that would make around mid 600's on an awd dyno when its on E85.

The LF4 in the Blackwing Caddy can be modified as well, but to tune it with HP tuners costs $1,500 just to unlock the ECU, then you're buying a device with credits, and then you're paying for a tune. Basically close to $3k just for a tune. Now you can go with a piggyback like a JB4, or Tapout has a device called the TTM(also piggyback). I'd basically probably do one of the piggybacks and maybe some other small bolt ons and call it a day. The Caddy on an E30 tune would dyno around 530-540 from what I've seen after a tune and downpipe.
