Sorry, just saw this mention. Haven't been on much lately. I'm very familiar with the Arapaho National Forest area, but no San Isabel so much. Hopefully the snow is melted enough so you can get some good hikes in. It can really be hit and miss in April out there. Either way it's still beautiful...

The PO obviously wanted an X50 spec car without buying a new car. X50 had slightly upgraded intercoolers. Very similar to the 997 intercoolers but nowhere near as much of an upgrade as the 997 GT2 intercoolers. The car would need a tune of some sort to take advantage of the K24 turbos though.

Ah, that makes more sense. I highly recommend a Cobb AP with a custom tune from Sam@ByDesign. Has been fantastic for my 996 Turbo.

Excited to find this thread. I sleep decently, but have to use two pillows (a firm poly fill one on the bottom and a down one on top) If I could reduce to one pillow and be more comfortable, it would be fantastic.

I was perturbed about it too until I started using the car. It really doesn't need a heated steering wheel. If you preheat the car in the winter and having the vents pointed at the steering wheel, then they warm it up before you get in.

Still love my 3 almost 8 months in. I've had experience with the S/X and like Mike K said the 3 was definitely the "next generation" of Tesla vehicles. The interior of the 3, even though it's simple, feels higher quality and more polished that the S/X. The S/X seem like "Beta test" EVs to me...
