Not expecting a car that needs nothing. I need a solid project that Is not going to disintegrate on my drive home and have me doing my best Fred Flintstone impression.

Well by clean I mean as long as it runs and drives, strut towers and floors decent and not rusted out. I don’t care if it needs exterior work like paint/body or interior work. I just want a solid foundation for me to build what I want.
