    Exhaust temps way too high

Sorry I havent got a chance to look at this The holley system also does not use the o2s/narrow bands which I guess is another plus in its cost savings column If you have weird o2 performance on one side and you are frying the wideband on that side I think you need to double check for leaks...

    Exhaust temps way too high

The fuel trims typically only work below a certain rpm and are ok to use on a turbo car for better driveability ONCE VE is dialed in You have way more short term on one bank that the other...this is fishy to me. I think it is good you had them on to detect this issue. This would not clean up...

    Exhaust temps way too high

Make sure to do a "full write" in hptuners after changing that maf value I don't believe it updates with a normal one

Some other minor things i noticed in your tune You need to zero out the EGR Airflow table And it looks like your Mass Air Flow sensor may not be completely disabled, this might be why you are going lean (the PCM is still trying to use maf values) This is under the Engine Diagnostics button...

Have you double checked basic mechanical items like fuel filter and if the intake manifold is leaking/vacuum leak? A cam like the sloppy stage 2 should pull 11-12 inches of vacuum at idle.

Have you checked fuel pressure in any way? Is the walbro 450 hot wired with a 10 or 12 gauge wire and a relay? Which fuel pressure regulator are you using? I like the stock truck return regulator on the rail

I should have asked this first but what kind of intercooler do you have? Also what kind of motor mounts? Log would be good Can you hear audible knock or just computer?

    Exhaust temps way too high

Also this might be worth explaining that is not always obvious This column in the spark table DOES NOT correspond to map pressure like the VE table So in a 2 bar tune this is NOT 14 psi The cylinder airmass is a complicated equation that uses injector size, cylinder volume, VE table...

    Exhaust temps way too high

Just do the transmission stuff and leave spark alone if you want and see how it drives

    Exhaust temps way too high

Have not had good luck with remote....despite the guide I posted in this thread lol My thoughts on that: Use an external crank trigger that is supported Batch or sequential efi makes no difference on a race application 4 cylinder Use a generic GM TB with supported sensors Use holley or LS...

    Exhaust temps way too high

For LS guys they can buy the terminatorx or: $550 hptuners pro $300 wideband and controller $300 boost controller $100-200 to license each tune $50 seperate oil temp gauge $50 separate oil pressure gauge $50 fuel pressure gauge $300-700 reworked harness Somehow this is the "budget approach"

    Exhaust temps way too high

Here's what Im talking about on holley for anyone following along In the Holley software you set a "Target Air/Fuel Ratio" and then the computer uses the wideband to adjust the VE table 90 times a second to hit whatever AFR you command. There is no tuning of the VE, logging, copying, pasting...

    Exhaust temps way too high

@Pro Stock John in San Diego- I joined here because people said it was a replacement for sloppy FB but it looks like its the same 3-4 people posting lol @Turbocharged400sbc if you put the holley terminatorx system on the v6 you can have as many bars as you want, and auto-tuning VE tables, and...

    Exhaust temps way too high

Shift Pressures tab / Upshift subtab This tab controls the "feel" of the shifts and helps ensure the transmission will shift under high power. Note this isn't a substitute for putting an actual physical shift kit in...that is still necessary for improved lubrication and more consistent line...

    Exhaust temps way too high

In the case of this tune these are about twice stock Then I go back to bluecat and click next and get the WOT RPM (or you can do this manually its just three cells) Then I put that in all three of these Rest of the trans tune General tab Confirm the trans type, in stock vehicle the...
