I'm the second owner, clean & clear title in hand

new front brakes, fuel pump & filter, spark plugs, air filter & tune up and brand new sumitomo 185/60/14 tires with some 14x6 zero offset wheels.

very clean body, hardly any rust. Some dings & scratches, original paint could use a buff.
Interior is all there, seats are worn & torn but everything else is good.
Runs good for an old carbed 4cyl. shifts good as well. About 40mpg.

Agreed. $500-600 at the most assuming it starts right up and there is no issues with the title. Its cool but not a hot ticket item for that much money.

on a side note, I love how everyone that trys to sell a 4 banger no matter the age/motor/manufacturer since 2008 on craigslist and forums always say they get 40mpg.

A missing or lost title is a likely scenario which is most likely why it's in the ad. My father has a few cars he can't find the titles too. It's not very fun applying for lost titles either
