cut the stainless header bolts down to 13/16ths, got the plumbing sorted out for fuel and oil pressure, more of the 2gauge power cables finished. and the motor and trans mounts are tight....pretty sure it's the damn ebay solid motor mounts that made lining everything up a real pain in the arse

battery box is done, needs a new latch....one of em snapped off the first time i went to latch it lol jegs quality right ther lol and the kill switch is done and wired...notice anything about the license plate?

fuck the oem coil bracket....took me less than 45 minutes to custom make one, polished alum diamond plate is a bitch to bendup sometimes, blower is final mounted, showed jamie that you can reclock alternators (like i had to back in the olden days- yes i'm old) electrical is mostly done, msd/vortech box just needs mounting hardware, fuel system just needs the FP relay wired up.

also bent up the brackets for the ignition cables....fuckin tits i say TITS!

jamie bought these mac 1 3/4 LT 5spd headers used....they came from a guy who had aparently bought them from another guy 2 months prior...


um yeah...they are AUTO headers, wont work with the 5spd prochamber...the really fucking annoyying part is that i wanted to do an engine stand mockup of the headers/etc and we didnt to try and save time and move things along....

yup saved a whole lotta time :rollpicard:

the drivers side header kicks out to clear the auto shift linkage, you can see it in this pic the clutch cable routing is horrible, etc etc

got the radiator welded up and a fair bit of the other misc stuff done and now it's all gotta come off lol but not before pressure testing the rad

now he's pussyfootin around....he wont sack up and just get new ceramic or chrome mac's and keep his prochamber which is 160$ more than the option he's looking at for unequal shorty's and prochamber used.

oftentimes saving money doesnt save you money...ya know?
