Dealer "Initial" warranties - Tow coverage?

Anyone know off-hand if those initial 30 or 90 day warranties most newer used cars come with from dealers includes tow coverage?

My mustang came with a 90 day/3000 mile initial warranty from the dealer that states clearly that it covers 100% Parts and labor for ANY warranty related work, the list of items included is fairly comprehensive and includes brakes.

Today I've found that my rear calipers are seized/dragging, after driving the 2 miles home from the train station the car smells strongly of burning brakes, and I can feel them dragging. I do not feel comfortable driving it the 30 miles like this back to the dealer in fear of the brakes lighting on fire, or being held accountable for additional damage to the brake system.

I have AAA, but rather not waste another tow if it they should be covering this, but I don't really expect an honest answer from them either.

Any input guys/gals who work for dealers? Do these initial warranties normally include tows? I'd imagine if I drive the car to them it could/would destroy the Pads and Rotors which would/should also be covered under warranty as their failure would be related to the calipers seizing and would cost them 'out of pocket' as it wouldn't be a claim on the Ford warranty.

not sure, I would think it would be on how "generous" the dealer wants to be since it is a used vehicle. Being that its under a warranty, one would assume they would cover a part failure since the caliper isn't what you'd call a wearable item like the pads or rotors :dunno:

Current update:

Rohrman, after talking to management, are "eating" the Ford $100 deductible since I haven't even had the car 30 days, and I ended up handling the tow with AAA to avoid having to spend any money for the tow. Things are looking up, hope it all ends well.

*Edit*

after digging through my paperwork, I shouldn't have had to fight for this, I confirmed what THEY agreed to was bumper to bumper for the first 90 days.... Oh well...

STILL arguing about the deductible apparently, and the initial 90 day warranty...

Dealer wanted $90 to balance 3 tires (waiting to hear back from Sales for there excuse on this one....), and $380 for some sort of bushing kit for the rear end to help alievate the rear end moaning...

Spoke to the tech, he agreed to replace the diff under warranty per the TSB regarding pre 10/06 build date mustangs. Nice/Sharp guy, has a built 03/04 Cobra, I wonder if he's a member on here or CMC?

like pulling teeth, but at least it's still on its way to a resolution, and this is thankfully my last visit to Rohrman (Car is still exactly what I wanted, and I'm still happy, this kind of fight is almost to be expected I suppose from any car dealer).

u bought from Rohrman

Yup, got the car for a nearly 5K under KBB (paid wholesale/blackbook for it), had everything I wanted and more, with low miles. Since I planned on buying the car with a ford warranty anyways, I wasn't worried about getting screwed by a poorly inspected car ala typical Rohrman fashion.

I live near a Ford dealer that has a good reputation that I will be bringing it too for service in the future.

The ONLY REASON it is there right now is because Rohrman agreed to give me a 90 day 100% coverage warranty (have paperwork to prove this), and I wanted the ebrake fixed for free (which is already a 'done' thing). They are also doing the Diff (which is a known issue on 05-06 S197s) and I'm working with them to deal with the tires (which is typical of a Rohrman dealer to neglect, which doesn't make me regret my purchase, it is what it is).
