Offensive Coordinator or Defensive Coordinator?

What do you guys think? Should the Bears hire an O.C. or D.C. as their next head coach? Is it more important to get the Offense back to 2013 level or to rebuild the Defense?

I picked Defense because that's the Chicago Bears that we all remember and love. Rebuild the Defense with a strong Defensive oriented head coach and hire a good O.C. to get Cutler (or his replacement) and the other Offensive pieces working together again.

All trolling aside I picked Def. With Rodgers, Stafford, and bridgewater looking decent as a rookie it is going to be hard to win games giving up 30-40 points a game.

Picking someone like Quinn (Seattle) would weaken the Seahawks and be a huge step up from dumb asses Trestman and Tucker. Taking Detroits D.C. would weaken the Lions but the guy has only been there for a year and is somewhat unproven still. The Lions DEF looked great this year but they have some good talent especially on their D line. Bowles (Arizona) is another choice I would not mind seeing in Chicago.
