💦 Detailing What are these spots?

So my wife’s car has had these little rubber looking spots in the front part of the rear door for awhile. They don’t come off when washing but aren’t scratches. No idea how they got there. Wondering how to get them off.

Looks like scuffs, some light compound by hand would probably take them off or cleaner wax, or light compound and a buffer if you have one

cleaner wax or clay should take them out
