I have one Jay. If I remember correctly it needs to be serviced; it works but not well. It's yours if you want it.

It's a Fedders, but I'm not sure of the BTU.

This warm weather really increases the demand so buy or grab one fast.

I moved my dad in with us Saturday so our central A/C died on Sunday. Called a repairman early this morning and got a good spot in line [he said 12 calls today]. The guy arrived at 3 PM and told me what I wanted to hear. Bad 220 contactor. Cost a couple hundred for the repair rather than a couple grand for a new unit. The house is cool again. :headbang:

Yeah, more I look I see I can pick up a new one around 100 so prob just do that.
