Bought this on Dec 31st Brand New from Best Buy. No problems with it what so ever. I have used it less than 5 times since purchase, thus I would rather put the money towards a DSLR for this summer.
I also purchased a Brand New case for it from the Apple Store before I even bought the iPod. The backs of all iPods are prone to scratching easily, so I made sure to slap on a case the moment I took it out of the box!
With taxes I paid $326.99 for the iPod and $32.57 for the case - so thats a total of $359.56. I will let the entire package go for $290 EVEN.
You will not find a single scratch anywhere, its MINT. Any questions, just let me know.
If anyone was planning on purchasing an iPod Touch sometime soon, save yourself $70 bucks.
(You will get all original packaging, accessories, as well as a receipt for both the iPod and the Case).
