The title does say new, but it is slighty used. Does smell, look, and feel new! I have never worn or used it. I got it as a trade and have no use for it as I do not have a bike.

It is a size Large (7 3/8 - 7 1/2), Ben Bostrom Edition w/a tinted windscreen.
