I was going OHH OHH OHH, until I saw the price. Then I went OW!!

I know that is what they go for, just sucks for us on a budget. GL with the sale. From reading Nikoncafe, that is a very good lens and makes for some great pics.

It does! And yes it is $$$ but that's what happens when you get a body with no AF motor!

Just picked up the D90 so I'm trying to get my hands on the Tokina 11-16 f/2.8

That tokina doesn't have an AF motor? So it wouldn't autofocus on your D40?
