Velodyne SPL Series II 1000w RMS Subwoofer

Looking for 425, will do 400 flat for a TCG member.

For those who know what they are looking for in the subwoofer world. Extreme precision, clarity, and SPL from a compact sealed cube. This cube is near 50lbs.

- 1000w RMS (just had the amp serviced and warrantied through Velodyne)

They replaced the sub with the new Optimum 10 which uses the same driver and has a slightly more powerful amp.

That is $1200 dollars. Get 95% of the performance of the brand new one for less than half the price.

I've heard excellent things about these. If I had the extra cash id buy it to run a second sub to compliment my Polk... Which I'm sure would be weak and feeble compared to this. Glws

I had my doubts until I heard one of these. It absolutely pounds. I've had my fair share of high end subwoofers. Unfortunately, it'll just sit in a closet for years until I move, which I can't bring myself to do. My mains have powered 12's with 2x12 radiators, and I have the SVS SB13 Plus which is a 1,000w 13.5 sub @ 100lbs.

I've heard this thing... Yes, it's a beast. Too bad I'm trying to get rid of big stuff for a move! Somebody else should buy it!
