You read it right. I have some 1" wheel spacers for a Mustang. They are billet aluminum, and they are the type with the independent bolts (bolts secure to the wheel hub, separate lugs to secure the wheel.
They were painted at one time for who knows what reason. Paint is flaking off, but they're aluminum, so there's no rust.
