Used them this winter with bridgestone blizzaks in place of my polished rims that I put away for the winter. The rims are in good shape with some cosmetic curb rash. No problem balancing them.
The blizzaks on the front are used up mostly. The front ones are just about to the wear bar and the rears have a slight bit of tread left. There is a nail in an unrepairable portion of one of the tires which I noticed after I bought them from the first owner of these. However I left the nail in and filled the tire up with the sealer in Novemeber and the tire has not lost any pressure whatsoever.
That is as honest of a description I can give and pictures are as follows.
