I'm not selling for any particular reason. I'm kind of tired/bored of the car. I'd stay in the DSM game if I could find a mint, un modded car that I could put all these parts on. I may also be moving to California and there is no way this thing will pass emissions and crap down there.
If there is no interest in the car as is, I will be de-modding as much as possible. Stock sidemount, fuel, turbo, exhaust, etc.
As far as the car stands now, there is nothing wrong with it. It's fast, suspension is nice, interior is in great shape. I just put 1000 miles on it last weekend and it gets 32 MPG. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere. I've had it for almost 2 years, put 24k on it and it's never left me stranded and never broken down. I'd argue this is one of the most reliable DSMs out there.
I'm sure there is a lot more to put in here, so ask questions. I've put an astronomical amount of time into this car and its overall condition shows. The engine bay is clean, the interior is spotless, the body is decent for its age. I don't have to sell it, so shitty offers will be shot down.
I'm open to trades. A 600cc sport bike plus cash (no newer bikes), a cheap daily beater plus cash, or something "luxurious". I'm looking for $6,000 for the car. If you want to pay less, that's fine but I'll start pulling the nicer parts off.
