Default Custom Turbo Kit - 4.6L 4V (70mm)

I'm parting the car out, the first thing up for sale is the turbo kit. This kit was built on a car with no AC or P/S, but might fit with that stuff. I can't be certain. I have well more than double this price invested in this kit.

You can find TONS of pics of the build here on Turbo Mustangs
http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/in...?topic=96892.0

The kit consists of
MasterPower T70 Turbo, ceramic coated turbine
VS Racing Turbo Blanket
Brand new Tial BOV
JGS 38mm Waste Gate
Turbo Innovations Headers (ceramic coated)
2.5" Mild Steel Hot Side, all V-bands, Ceramic Coated and wrapped
3.5" Mild Steel Down pipe, all V-bands, Ceramic Coated and wrapped
3.5 Race Magnum Muffler and dump.
2.5 Mild Steel cold side - Powder coated
VS Racing 4" intercooler, custom brackets to mount to bumper supports
RPS Silicone Couplers
3" to 4" piping from cooler to throttle body.
T-bolt clamps
Modified Coolant crossover tube will be included.
Custom Radiator Houses included
Mark VIII oil filter housing included.

This kit has made 600 RWHP at 18# through a 4R70W auto.
It has gone 9.80 @ 138

$3500

Can you safely run a setup like that on a stock bottom end?

Looks like a pretty damn good deal! Good luck with the sale.

Ran it a year on a stock long block, never hurt the motor, just wanted something stronger in the car. If you put it on 12 pounds or so you could run a long time on a stock block.

I actually went 9.86 on the stock long block, but that was on 18 pounds and we wheren't worried about hurting the motor.

shane you should specify if it fits 2v or 4v, because i know you ran a 4v so was unsure if your kit would bolt to a 2v. sick kit, seen this car in person when i had my yellow 2v and bought a rear gear off shane. great guy to deal with. no BS. good luck shane, hate to see it go!

What's up man. Hope all is well with you.

Thanks for the advice, but it already says 4V in the subject.

TTT

Forgot to include that the kit comes with 3 different waste gate springs. Can go as low at 6PSI. Perfect for a stock longblock.

Will include an electronic boost controller too.
