1998 Honda Prelude

Special TCG No Haggle price of $1900.

Located in Aurora, Il.

Unfortunately this is my 3rd (soon to be 4th) car and I ride my bike to work pretty much every day, so in just about a year I have only put MAYBE 400 or so miles on it. I don't want it to just rot away, it's an awesome car. So far, I have done the following since I bought it.
-New timing belt water pump
-New clutch and everything that goes with that.
-We pulled the motor and replaced all of the gaskets so it stopped leaking oil everywhere.
-Brand new brake pads/rotors all around, including brand new rear calipers.
-That was all about $650+ in parts to fix all of that stuff above and make it a reliable good car.
Everything works, including the AC which is a nice treat. Drives great, and gets like 24mpg, even with the short trips I take it. I'm not hard pressed to get rid of it, I really want to keep it around, but if someone is in need of a daily you don't really have to care about, it's reliable AF, I wouldn't mind letting her go.
Things old girl still needs....
- I just pulled the codes yesterday, and the o2 sensor needs to be fixed, OR it's probably because the car is running a test pipe? IDK, the owner before the last owner put that on.
- The right rear hub needs a lower ball joint. You can hear it if you hit big bumps. Its not bad enough to bother me, but it needs to be replaced.
- This thing has 238k miles on it, it's an h22, anyone that knows anything about H22's knows they burn oil. This one is no different. I would recommend checking the oil once a week at a minimum. The only thing that will kill this car is low oil level.

Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

PS - I also have a set of 17" winter tires/rims that can go with the car as well. They're in pretty good shape and have plenty of tread left on them.

What's lame is yours is still not running.

I actually turned a wrench on it yesterday between the storms.

I'm not 100% on the motor being seized at the moment, because the starter doesn't even 'clunk'. You turn the key and there is nothing, even with a Jump Pack on it.

I tried tossing a wrench on the crank, and couldn't get it to Spin, but the starters on these things are crap and like to eat shit. I have a spare starter (No idea if the MTX/ATX starters are interchangeable), but I'm not going to get very far if the starter is seized anyways.

I can't really pull the plugs off the back bank with the manifold on IIRC, so I'm going to just tackle the starter first, and maybe I can see about getting a pry bar on the flywheel teeth.

That's what I would do, make sure that thing is dead before you go about replacing it.
