FS: '97 Thunderbord LX 4.6L

I have decided to put my 97 up for sale. I don't have the time or money to enjoy the car as I should. I am the 2nd owner, my grandfather being the first. Clean title in hand. At this time I WILL NOT part the car out! Car is black with tan leather and chrome fanblades. Current milage is a little over 57,300. I am asking $3,500. If you do not like the price thanks for looking. No joy rides! The car hasn't had up to date tags since 2012 and it only has storage insurance on it.

Pros:
- Good battery (may of 2014)
- Good tires
- Pads/rotors were done in 2012, car has only had about 1500 miles on it since.
- Has the metal coolant crossover tube.
- oil changed 10/10/15
- Diff oil changed 10/24/15

Modifications (Installed on car):
- PI cam swap
- Mufflers cut out and replaced with straight pipe


Cons:
- The car is 18 years old so It does have some rock chips, and 3-4 small dents.
- The front bumper is not perfect.
- Driver rear shock is leaking
- There is surface rust on suspension, etc but by no means is this car rotted out.

Heavily enticed if the rear seats fold...I loved my Thunderbird...I've got a set of Mustang Cobra wheels sitting waiting to be either cleaned and redrilled or doing a hub swap on the T-Bird

I don't believe my '95 folded down, but not sure if the last two years they changed, because they did a bunch of changes to the interior those years
