Moroso PCV Air/Oil Separator part number 85485. This has the bolt on bracket correct for a 2011-14 Mustang. But the unit itself is universal and can fit any application. The bracket may even be able to be reused or modified for your application. The flat stock braket bolts to the clamp around the oil tank. So you can keep the clamp and make another way to mount the tank with the clamp as the clamp has two threaded bolt holes on it.
