Behind Bars Race Cars 99-04 Sumped Aluminum Gas Tank

Me and da crew chief just pulled my BBRC aluminum tank last night. 13 gallon capacity. Its in perfect shape, just got a lil rubber on it that I need to clean off, lol. Its a sheetmetal aluminum tank that is SUPER light. Uses the stock filler neck and does not leak. Has a sump in the back with a new baffle design - I've run this thing down to 2 gallons on the street and the pumps never went dry. The sump has a single -12 AN outlet. We also added a 1/2" NPT plug/bung on the side of the sump so you can easily drain the tank completely to switch to race gas without splilling gas all over yourself and the ground.

Includes sending unit, straps and all hardware needed to install.

Not even a year old yet, cost me ~$550 new from BBRC

It is not coated on the inside. He is located in Wayne, which is about 20 mins. southwest of schaumburg

Yeah, its not coated. You would need to have the tank annodized to run ethanol based fuels, but it could be done :biggthump

I'm in Wayne, its near the intersection of Rt.59 & North Ave (Rt.64)
