for sure.

since I am no longer working at the body shop (other thread coming soon)

I can promote one of my good friends who has been doing this for a while, and is just rocking out, doing awesome work by himself. out of his own personal shop.

quality is second to none, and chances are, his price will be significantly better than anywhere else... he can do anything also. from tail light tinting, to full repaints....

he is the one who did my tail lights in this video that i made here...

here is some of the other stuff he has done:

any questions on anything pm me... or post here.

he is in Volo, IL, with no "real" set hours.. at least not consistent... he works a lot and works odd hours (nights weekends etc)

oh really what kind of pricing

cheap
Every job is different tho. There isnt such thing as a general price chart .... this isn't maaco. If u want mascot cheap go to maaco. 249$ to paint a car ... get er done!

How much to spoiler and emblem delete a GTO trunk lid?

Send me this on facebook

Also curious. I am contemplating the Skittle going white...

Like I said before. Every job is different . Seeing a car in person is necessary for an accurate estimate

Usually if people have done enough business, they'll be able to at least make a ball park estimate... It's a compact four-door, and sans door jams would more than likely come stripped and prepped, getting shot in a single color. Not exactly a complex job, and the center of McHenry county is a bit of a haul for just an estimate. :bigthumb:

Lol every job is different and you'd be hard pressed to find many places that would give you a straight up estimate over the phone or email. And IMO and experience from the last body shop I worked at (ps I don't work for kdx, he is a friend and I want to help him out and help out my friends on here ad well) if you aren't willing to go get an estimate somewhere ... chances are you wont ever really get the work done. I'm not trying to be condescending but at the same time, who knows the condition of every panel of your car.

You can see it in my avatar. Under the fuel door. Can see into the truck. I think going south and picking up a shell might be the better solution but I want to have my options

rust is a sonofabitch. to actually "fix" what you have going on.... youd need a 1/4... anything else would be a temporary bandaid that could last a year or two at best.
