Need a real photoshop help!

We took a school photo for our yearbook cover, but with 80 something SPED kids it was near impossible to get everyone to stand still. I have 2 kids in my best one that really stand out as a blur, but I have a couple other photos that they did stand still so I'm looking for a couple head swamps if someone could pull that off for me.
