blue corvette no front bumper on belmont and harlem

Seen a blue corvette without a bumper and looked like huge innercooler in the front cruising with like 8 bikes saturday night about 930 ish.

Didn't see the vette, but certainly heard the bikes all night long. I live on Harlem and Addison. they love cruisin on Harlem.
