blacked out grand prix mannheim and lake street

does anyone know the guy with a blacked out grand prix? he usually drives down lake street to mannheim i see him all the time driving past my shop. i have a blacked out gtp and it seems everyone confuses me with this guy. blacked out lights tinted windows black rims.
